Che Gourmet, a business that started 4 years ago when owner and Queen of Kimchi Ché Upton returned from travelling the world. Ché Gourmet produces a range of Healthy , Fermented Food from around the world inspired by her travels.
Her mantra is simple , “my aim is to create delicious food that is so damn good for you”. We caught up with Che while she as in Cape Town for a Kimchi workshop for The Cultured Community.
I asked Che about her time living in South East Asia and how experiences in a foreign culture have led her down the path of evangelizing fermented foods.
